Emergencies

If you have an emergency our engineers will attend as soon as they possibly can to help rectify the issue. If parts are needed and they are unable to get them the same day, they will ensure you are left temporarily fixed until we can get you permanently up and running.

If you are under your 2 year warranty with a National House Builder, please check your handover packs to ensure your emergency will be covered under your warranty.

WHAT IS CLASSSED AS AN EMERGENCY?

​

• Water Leaks - When the leak is uncontainable, always turn off your water at the stop cock under the kitchen/ utility sink.

• Complete failure of the heating and/ or hot water system

WHAT IS NOT CLASSED AS AN EMERGENCY?

​

• Containable leaks

• Dripping taps

• Running overflow pipe

•  Low water pressure (Check boiler manual for instructions)

• Partial heating - Isolated radiator/s not heating up

• No hot water with a working immersion heater (i.e. water can be heated up via an immersion heater when the boiler is down)
